Track each item separately
Record the order reference, warehouse arrival status and storage expiry shown in your account. Purchasing-agent orders, forwarding parcels and unmatched deliveries can have different arrangements. Do not apply one item’s deadline to the whole order.
Build a simple warehouse tracker
| Field | What to record | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Order and domestic tracking | Product reference, courier and tracking number | Matches a delivery to the right item |
| Arrival and entry | Delivery scan and warehouse entry status separately | Helps locate an item not yet visible in the account |
| Inspection and decision | Photos reviewed, extra request, keep or return | Prevents packing an unresolved item |
| Return and storage deadlines | The separately confirmed dates for this order | Prevents treating storage as extra return time |
| Next action | Action, owner and your own reminder date | Makes waiting a deliberate decision |
Do not calculate every deadline from the first parcel’s arrival. Different order types or separate arrivals may have different start dates. Save the dates shown in the account, and clarify any missing date with support.
Match a delivery to the correct account
Keep the domestic tracking reference and recipient details. If tracking shows delivery but no item appears in your account, ask the warehouse to check the reference. Waiting for a reminder may not resolve an unidentified parcel.
Tracking says delivered, but the item is missing—what next?
- Check that the domestic tracking number belongs to the expected order.
- Confirm the warehouse address and account reference used for delivery.
- Look for an entry or unmatched-delivery status in your account.
- Send support the tracking reference, delivery scan and order details, and ask whether the parcel has been identified.
A courier’s delivered scan does not itself show that warehouse processing or account matching is complete. Keep the reference and ask about that specific parcel rather than placing a second order immediately.
Check returns before simply waiting
Review inspection results and any short return deadline promptly. Storage time is not an extension of a seller’s return window. Decide whether to keep, return or request another check while those options remain available.
Example: one item is ready while another is delayed
Imagine item A has arrived and passed your review, while item B is still on domestic delivery. Record A’s storage expiry and separate return deadline before deciding to wait. Check B’s actual progress rather than using a delivery guess as the plan.
Compare dispatching A, waiting within its confirmed allowance, or requesting an extension if one is available. Include any confirmed extension fee and packaging implications. Put your own decision reminder before the account deadline so there is time to act.
Choose the next action before expiry
Confirm any extension availability, fees and final deadline in your account. Set your own reminder. Before dispatch, review the items, packing plan, address and route. Keep the warehouse confirmation rather than assuming an unanswered request has extended storage.
How long can FSBuy store an item?
Use the current storage terms for the relevant order type and the item-specific expiry shown in your account. A figure for agent purchases may not describe forwarding or unidentified deliveries. If the expiry is absent, ask which start date and allowance apply.
If an item is nearing or past expiry, contact support with the exact reference and request the available next action. Do not assume an extension was accepted just because a message was sent. Keep the confirmation and check the updated deadline.
